All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Free shipping is available to the following destinations:

  • New Zealand
  • Japan
  • Taiwan

For shipments outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan), orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Import duties and taxes are prepaid by Audiolithe.

No additional charges will be due upon delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Europe (EU, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway): 2–4 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5–8 business days
